Role: Product Developer

Location: Torquay, Vic
Summary: In partnership with the Design and Merchandising leadership team, you will bring your knowledge of footwear, apparel and accessories development to develop and execute innovative and profitable ranges in the industry. You’ll manage line development from 2D drawing to prototypes and sampling and support with generating briefs for our regional ANZ and APAC teams and globally. 

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated experience with apparel, footwear and accessories development, ideally within an action sport and/or lifestyle fashion business.
• Demonstrated experience with managing product development calendars, successfully delivering on timelines and deadlines
• Sound understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, PLM and Elastic Suite (highly advantageous)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask competing prioritises
• Strong decision-making capabilities
• Ability to produce consistent, optimum performance during pressure work periods.
