Summary: Manage the product creation process from design hand-off to final product delivery, with an emphasis on quality product development and timely completion

Responsibilities:

– Manage the product creation process from design hand-off to final product delivery, with an emphasis on quality product development, timely completion and hitting target margins.
– Manage the product creation process from design hand-off to final product delivery, with an emphasis on quality product development and timely completion
– Establish and maintain strong working relationships with designers to ensure product success
– Daily communication with vendors to ensure all samples are accurate and received on time.
– Negotiate costs with vendors to ensure margin requirements are met at style and
category level.
– Be the category expert – be knowledgeable of category status and manage all reporting for assigned categories.
– Oversee and manage the seasonal production calendars to ensure timely development and delivery of prototypes, samples and final production
– Review oversee and assit the design manager with the completeion of all tech packs to factories for accuracy, completeness, quality and affordability
