This is an amazing opportunity for someone passionate about recruitment and HR to join the team at Boardriders on a fixed term contract. This is your chance to be part of a high performing, experienced HR team and get exposure to unique projects, high volume corporate and retail recruitment and of course, our amazing brands! This is a fixed term position until the end of January 2021.

The Challenge
In this role you’ll be working directly with our Talent Manager, giving you exposure to all recruitment for our retail stores and corporate offices across Australia and New Zealand. You will work across each stage of the full end to end recruitment process, supporting administrative activities such as online advertising, shortlisting resumes, telephone interviewing, arranging interviews, conducting reference checks and other ad hoc tasks.  You will also support the HR Business Partners in handling employee enquiries. You’ll be supporting a high workload and will have competing priorities, so your organisation and ability to maintain attention to detail when working at a fast pace will be critical.
