Role: Regional Outlets Store Manager

Summary: Regional Outlet Store Manager is responsible for ensuring the Outlet Stores uphold the values of Havaianas Brand whilst remaining profitable by managing a high performing team across the Outlet network.  The Outlets remain the face of the Havaianas Brand and first point of contact for our customers. 

Responsibilities:

• Operational excellence of the various Outlets including, but not limited to, being accountable for the daily staffing and general administrative duties as well as providing coaching and development.
• Driving staff engagement and excellent Customer Service.
• Accountable for ensuring sales targets are met.
• Proactively handling staff concerns.
• Manage staff roster with the outlet managers.
• Ensuing time and attendance is adequately resourced and rostered to effectively manage Aqueo’s retail objectives.
• Managing and preparing bank deposits and reconciliation.
• Ensuring inventory is received and reconciled against supplier dispatches.
• Cash Management – Collections and reconciliation.
• Having a keen awareness of product knowledge.
