Summary: The primary responsibility for the Customer Service | Sales Support is to provide support to the Sales and Customer Service team. You will be responsible for a variety of administration tasks including but not limited to, customer relationship building, processing orders, creating invoices, credits, assisting with collections, e-commerce support, assisting the sales management team and trouble shooting.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming enquiries, telephone or email
  • Providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Entry of complex sales orders, creating invoices, processing credits
  • Support the account management team with administration requirements
  • E-commerce support
  • Order acknowledgements processing and auditing
  • Computes, records and assists, including: merchandise, shipping and handling, sample goods, advertising or  marketing materials.
  • Utilizes tools and resources available to maintain all customer records.
  • Communicates customer issues with sales representatives and company senior management
  • Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or providing senior management necessary reports when requested
  • Assist with E-commerce enquiries such as deliveries, returns, stock availability
  • Monitor and manage KPI’s. Achieve the company’s on-time delivery target of 92%.
