Summary: Happy Hour is a multi-branded clothing business, playing in the action sports and surf specialty markets. Its primary business is wholesale, but it has a growing e.com business, under the Town & Country Surf Designs brand, for which it is the licensee in Australia and New Zealand.

Happy Hour was born in 2017 and is based in a vibrant office and warehouse space in Currumbin, which it shares with other exciting startup businesses, including Business & Pleasure Co, Mayde Towels, Hepburn Hardware, GC3PL and Caddis Eyewear.

You will provide support, to both Happy Hour, and to a couple of the brands mentioned above, which will make for a fun and interesting role, spanning fashion, to surfboards, to interiors!  

As Happy Hour’s first employee, you will be working directly with Happy Hour’s founder, Harry, and other founders within the business group, many of which are new, fast growing businesses. Whilst primarily responsibilities are in sales administration and customer service, the realities of a small business are that you will be expected to chip in, with different tasks across the business, as and when needed. 

Responsibilities:

Customer Service via email, phone, and on social (e.com and wholesale)
Sales order entry and order file maintenance
Sales and inventory reporting
Product administration and product file maintenance; style and season set up
Product Integration across various platforms – eg. Cin7 and Shopify
Purchase order creation, tracking and inventory receiving
Inward shipping coordination
Inventory management and accuracy
General Office Administration
