Summary: Sales & Operations Support for Brixton Products PTY LTD Australasia is a key role within our company encompassing the full order lifecycle from data entry through to delivery, prompt resolution of B2B and B2C customer inquiries, Logistics reporting – international and local, assisting with month end reporting and other administration roles as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently entering and processing orders received in both manual and automated forms
  • Manage inventory levels on dropship platforms – replenishment and adjustments
  • Orders from start to finish – ensure on-time dispatch and processing of shipping and invoicing in a timely manner.
  • Customer service for our ecom customers, and via our drop ship partners – resolving issues.
  • Process customer refunds and returns in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate with Brixton head office (USA) and Vendors Logistics departments to assist production and sample arrivals into Australia.  Ensuring correct documentation.
  • Maintain the order database and customer files
  • Provide a high level of service to our wholesale sales team and customers
  • Liaise with 3PL with regards to outbound orders and inventory
  • Assist with inventory management – checking and adjustments
