Role: Sales & Customer Service Coordinator

The Sales & Customer Service Coordinator role is in place to support the wholesale business and provide excellent customer service to our online and direct customers.

Wholesale Sales Support Key Duties:

  • Processing inbound orders- custom and stock boards
  • Key point of contact to follow up boards in production – “Where’s my board?”
  • Pricing
  • Shipping and dispatch
  • Invoicing and invoicing enquiries for wholesale accounts
  • Model / product information to accounts
  • Updating information in Shaper Buddy
  • Occasional store visits

Online Sales Support Key Duties:

  • Uploading product imagery to website
  • Order validation
  • Invoicing
  • General customer service 
  • Providing relevant product, marketing & sales feedback

Direct (retail store) Sales Key Duties:

  • Dealing with walk-in customers
  • Stock control 
  • Fielding all inbound calls & emails
  • All boards priced, barcoded & stickered 
  • Product displayed neatly
  • Ensuring store clean & tidy at all times
  • Opening & closing
  • End of Day reporting

General / Other:

  • Mail received/actioned
  • Deliveries received/actioned
  • Invoices received/actioned
  • Designs & Files to and from production
  • Shaper Buddy orders to and from production
  • GL production enquiries
  • Shaper Buddy development with Product & Marketing Manager
  • Monthly Stocktake


  • Design and implement processes to monitor and control resources, budget, risks and quality.
  • Assign/monitor work as needed, ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee all launch activities within our seasonal product launch and consumer moments calendar.
  • Build constructive business relationships across the organization, including 3rd party vendors.
  • Identify, analyze and prioritize project risks and impact of risks on all projects.
  • Develop a communications plan to update marketing stakeholders on progress & implementation.
  • Work with our creative and content teams on creative development.
