Within this context, the Sales Executive will contribute to the strategic intent by meeting and exceeding revenue targets for schools, corporate groups, private groups, and community organisations through the leverage of the park assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly and effectively to online enquiries to grow private group, school, and corporate revenue.
  • Drive top of pipeline activity for schools, utilising existing and new customer databases.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Manage small B2C groups database to drive forward bookings and repeat business.
  • Provide booking support for all clients and work with the customer experience team to ensure timely outcomes and communication to customers.
  • Ensure the integrity of client information and sales activity in CRM.
  • Support Surf Travel partners with bookings and customer enquiries.
  • Meet with potential clients for onsite tours.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate customer presentations.
  • Support the events team in the executions of small and large events.
