Responsibilities:

• Month-End Close, General Ledger Maintenance, Monthly Journal Entries, and Financial Statement preparation: Performing month-end closing and financial reporting process including account analysis and reconciliation, Assisting with producing accurate and timely monthly financial statements, analyses and reports.
• Working with other departments to provide monthly reporting and other ad hoc analysis requests.
• Assisting with various types of Dashboard reports – including forecast, budget, cash flow, profitability reporting, business unit reporting, contribution margin, etc., utilizing DOMO software platform
• Evaluating and documenting accounting & operational procedures and to recommend modifications to existing procedures.
• Preparing for financial audits from various audiences including banking, insurance, CPA firm and governmental.
• Helping with state and local compliance by filing returns for sales tax, property tax, etc.
• Assisting with special projects as assigned.
