Summary: In this role, you will formulate concepts, execute and design against them for integrated campaigns across print, film, outdoor and digital. To deliver high quality performance, intimate working knowledge of the brand and the streetwear and fashion lifestyle space is expected. You will bring fluency and expertise in graphic design skill sets such as creating visual concepts and storytelling, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and engage with our consumers. 

What you will do:

  • You will own both seasonal product stories and ongoing, multi-season campaigns.
  • Work with Integrated teams to develop creative concepts and executions of assigned product(s).
  • Lead photo/video shoots, both product and on-talent, including prep, styling, and editing.

How you will do it:

  • Partner with marketing counterparts, reviewing and developing creative brief to assure alignment.
  • Present design concepts to senior leadership in Creative and Marketing determining the scope of projects and delivering the desired storytelling.

  • Play a lead role in shaping how Vans shows up in the elevated fashion and streetwear space, help drive relevancy, and push the boundaries for our brand.
