Role: Senior Design Manager

Summary: The Senior Design Manager is responsible for formulating concepts, executing and designing against them for integrated campaigns across print, film, and digital. Partnering with the Creative Director, the role will bring expertise in design skill sets that include creating visual concepts and storytelling, photograph and film product and stories to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and engage our consumers. 

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Brand Creative Director to own global integrated campaigns and seasonal product stories to develop ongoing, multi-season storytelling within:
• Concepts and executions including photography, catalogs, video and other various digital content
• Direct film shoots, postproduction, and editing
• With Creative Director’s leadership, own photo shoots, both on-location and in-studio, including prep, styling, and postproduction
• Present campaign concepts to senior leadership in Creative and Marketing, to determine the scope of projects and delivering the desired storytelling.
• Oversee photo studio to shoot, iterate, and ultimately develop approved concepts.
