Role: Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator

Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Summary: You’ll play an active role in identifying and executing regional influencer/ambassador partnerships, while ensuring content delivered is on brand and aligned to go-to-market calendar.
The primary functions are to:
- Brief Marketing teams and Creative Agency for all regional digital needs
- Manage influencer partnerships and asset delivery
- Partner with channel teams to ensure correct and execution and deployment of campaigns and assets
Responsibilities:
STRATEGY & PLANNING
- This person will be hands-on in creating, executing and communicating regional Digital assets to internal teams and external partners
- Help execute the global and regional Digital strategies
- Identify new omnichannel opportunities.
- Research best practices and industry insights. Benchmark direct and best-in-class non endemic competitors
- Provide KPI and report performances for each campaign, Digital operations and monitor brands Digital reputation. Leverage data to prioritize Digital needs.
- Own seasonal sample and seeding program for all regional influencers
ASSET BRIEFING
- Approve, provide input and support on all regional digital marketing requests submitted to the creative agency and 3rd party support
- Ensure all internal design requests are properly briefed to the digital designer and delivered to client
- Create digital campaigns, playing out global and regional stories on all digital platforms.
SEASONAL EXECUTION
- Communicate seasonal asset picklists, GTM packs and playbooks to all internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as primary point of contact for seasonal seeding and sample management
- Partner with internal stakeholders to maintain regional activation calendars and planning documents
- Identify any inconsistencies across ecom website, CRM, Social Media or Brand Campaigns
