Role: Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator

Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Summary: You’ll play an active role in identifying and executing regional influencer/ambassador partnerships, while ensuring content delivered is on brand and aligned to go-to-market calendar.

The primary functions are to:

  1. Brief Marketing teams and Creative Agency for all regional digital needs
  2. Manage influencer partnerships and asset delivery
  3. Partner with channel teams to ensure correct and execution and deployment of campaigns and assets

Responsibilities:

STRATEGY & PLANNING

  • This person will be hands-on in creating, executing and communicating regional Digital assets to internal teams and external partners
  • Help execute the global and regional Digital strategies
  • Identify new omnichannel opportunities.
  • Research best practices and industry insights. Benchmark direct and best-in-class non endemic competitors
  • Provide KPI and report performances for each campaign, Digital operations and monitor brands Digital reputation. Leverage data to prioritize Digital needs.
  • Own seasonal sample and seeding program for all regional influencers

 

ASSET BRIEFING

  • Approve, provide input and support on all regional digital marketing requests submitted to the creative agency and 3rd party support
  • Ensure all internal design requests are properly briefed to the digital designer and delivered to client
  • Create digital campaigns, playing out global and regional stories on all digital platforms.

 

SEASONAL EXECUTION

  • Communicate seasonal asset picklists, GTM packs and playbooks to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as primary point of contact for seasonal seeding and sample management
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to maintain regional activation calendars and planning documents
  • Identify any inconsistencies across ecom website, CRM, Social Media or Brand Campaigns
