Summary: The Senior Ecommerce Manager, Direct-to-Consumer is a key business leader who is accountable for managing North American revenue and the overall conversion funnel and brand experience of Hydro Flask DTC websites, globally. This role will partner with various teams across the Hydro Flask & Helen of Troy organizations including Brand Design, IT, Operations, Product, Sales, Consumer Service, and Marketing to ensure continues to meet/exceed key business goals in all global DTC regions


  • Drive the development and execution of an eCommerce strategy, factoring in industry trends, best practices, competitive strength/weaknesses, governing policies, and regulations to drive continued growth and expansion of Hydro Flask’s global direct-to-consumer business.
  • Set goals for the business in alignment with company’s strategy and prepare a budget to meet or exceed goals.
  • Achieve targeted sales plans, align on key-performance-indicators (KPIs) to deliver the functional goals for the business and manage those KPIs in support of the ongoing plan.
  • Drive the overall Martech and site roadmap, keeping up-to-date with current technologies and trends such as mobile, subscriptions, evolving digital UX/design, personalization, AI, SEO and A:B testing.
  • Own the end-to-end performance of, working with Analytics to report on site KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Partner with Performance Marketing, Brand & Product Marketing, Brand Design, Product, Sales and Ops to develop and drive merchandising plans and execute on marketing plans.
  • Partner with Performance Marketing to provide regular forecasting updates to Finance and Operations, working with Sales and Ops to manage inventory needs.
  • Partner with sales and RMOs to identify and drive expansion of DTC operations globally, working with Website Management to drive the introduction of appropriate localized websites.
