Role: Senior IT Project Manager

Summary: The position is a Senior IT Project Manager located at our head office in Torquay. The position is a 12 month fixed term contract. This role will manage all projects in accordance with the project roadmap and ensure they are delivered on agreed project methodology and the PMO outputs following Agile methodologies and best practice. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple large and complex projects/programmes concurrently including ownership of project governance, suppliers, vendors and project budgets (inc management and reporting)
• Ensure project documentation is set up, maintained, completed, current and stored correctly and defined in the PMO outputs agreement for each project
• Conduct project plan preparation and maintenance, resource planning, scheduling and scope definition as required
• Deliver change management on all projects as required, including change communications
• Assess and manage risk to ensure successful outcomes
• Manage multiple vendors and relationships
• Work closely with Systems Analysts during the discovery and elaboration of projects and MPoW’s (Medium Pieces of Work) to define and gather requirements
