Summary: This person will lead strategy and development of targeted customer journeys that drive engagement and subscriptions. The ideal candidate has experience with growth marketing for consumer subscription services. They will lead individuals responsible for lifecycle marketing across all channels, with a focus on product communications, email, and push notification touch points.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute lifecycle marketing programs that drive engagement and subscriptions.
  • Build strategies that align lifecycle journeys across product, email and push.
  • Lead and develop talented marketers, inspiring best-in-class execution while positioning them for professional growth.
  • Partner with analytics, product, and engineering teams to build and optimize our growth platform.
  • Partner with product teams on creation of new product communication channels.
  • Turn consumer research insights and business data into compelling campaign messaging strategies.
  • Partner with creative to develop communications that inspire and motivate consumers.
  • Plan and deliver on an optimization roadmap that maximizes the impact of our lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Develop a communications plan to update marketing stakeholders on progress & implementation.
  • Work with our creative and content teams on creative development.
