Summary: As the Sr. Manager, Business Strategy, you will report into and support the Senior Director, Business Strategy in oversight of the strategic process and business development for the Brand. You will conduct and analyze industry, market and consumer data to assist the organization in strong decision-making, leading to brand health, sales growth and margin improvement. You will have the opportunity to support areas such as new product initiatives, strategic brand management, continuous process improvement and brand expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy consulting-like projects that identify and seek to harness brand, regional or functional growth opportunities. Work with business leaders to offer a disciplined process to define, communicate, activate, execute and manage strategic choices and initiatives that will drive achievement of short and long-term goals.

  • Actively support the Senior Director, Business Strategy and the Global Brand Leadership team in developing a long-term strategic vision, five-year global brand strategy and annual strategic plan, working with the organization to formally develop, cascade and communicate the strategic choices.

  • Interact with VF Corporate Strategy function, as necessary, to ensure strategy development approach interfaces and aligns with enterprise-wide standards
