Role: Senior Manager of Fulfillment and Logistics

Summary: The role of the Senior Manager of Fulfillment and Logistics will be responsible for all activities related to logistics and fulfillment, including day to day communication and facilitation with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Stance customer service, revenue and profit objectives are achieved.  The role will manage a dynamic segment of supply chain including inbound logistics, 3PL distribution, and planning outbound multi-channel fulfillment, wholesale (WS) and direct to consumer (DTC).  

Responsibilities:

• • Manage:
    • Direct Stance nominated 3PL warehouse and act as a liaison to Stance internal stakeholders to ensure end to end execution
    • Lead 3PL activities and cross functional interactions, ensuring process alignment, planning and organization
  • Coordinate:
    • Facilitate cross functional forecasts WS and DTC and lead weekly, monthly and seasonal planning activities, identify resources constraints, mitigation plan and ensure service levels are met
    • Produce performance reporting, analyze, identify trends facilitate data-based conversations to mitigate impacts to customer service
  • Improve:
    • On time performance, turn time, processing time, fill rate, and develop lean strategies for efficiency gains in collaboration with 3PL
    • Continually mitigate 3PL chargebacks and develop upstream vendor compliance initiatives, track issues and ensure proactive solutions

• Logistics:
  • Manage:
    • Logistics service providers and transportation from factories in Asia and the Americas
    • Facilitate booking approvals, ensuring booking date adherence to Purchase Order purchase order cargo receipt
    • Accountable for cross functional expedited shipping requests and approvals including air freight, fast boat and truck
  • Execute:
    • Analyze purchase order ETA dates plan vs. actual. Update Full Circle to ensure inbound requirements planning to 3PL are accurate
    • Analyze past due ETAs and root cause to ensure immediate resolution and service mitigation
