Role: Senior Manager Wholesale Operations

Summary: The role of the Senior Manager Wholesale Operations will be to work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure Stance is properly fulfilling wholesale sales orders.  This person works directly with cross functional teams such as sales account managers, accounting, credit, planning, fulfillment, and logistics to ensure customer service, revenue and profit objectives are achieved.  This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly sales operations planning process to report, analyze and prioritize available supply to best meet customer demands
• Interface with fulfillment center, sales account managers, production, and logistics to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders
• Collaborate with sales account managers to ensure wholesale order book is accurate, up to date, and free from anomalies
• Analyze daily allocation flow to ensure alignment with customer order dates, customer requested ship dates, available inventory, and arriving product
• Reconcile bookings reports, past cancel, hold for confirmation, credit hold, oversold, and bulk orders
• Lead “No Buy” process in collaboration with sales account managers to ensure order base clean-up.
• Contribute to weekly shipment planning process to ensure wholesale orders and dollars are accurately forecasted
