Role: Senior Merchandise Planner

Summary: The Senior Merchandise Planner is responsible for crafting and managing the demand plan for the Vuori fleet in alignment with product strategies, channel sales plans, and retail expansion expectations. 

Responsibilities:

• Craft the stores open-to-buy (OTB)  plan, ensuring alignment with the channel financial plan to achieve sales, margin, and inventory turn expectations.
• Partner with the Director of Planning to ensure merchandising alignment and a collective inventory strategy Vuori’s Direct to Consumer businesses.
• Establish & lead the monthly forecast review and merchandise reorder process to optimize inventory turn & in-stocks.
• Ensure retail and inventory targets are driving supply planning and decision making across the business.
• Establish pre-season and hind-sighting analysis on seasons’ financial and assortment performance and collaborate with merchandising and channel leadership on future seasons’ inventory plans & strategies.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Directors of Merchandising and Stores in setting channel/stores goals for revenue, initial and maintained margins, inventory, and sku productivity in support of the overall channel and company goals.
• Be an efficient influencer who is intelligent with numbers, organized, proactive, and collaborative.
