Role: Senior Systems Analyst

Summary: The position is a Senior Systems Analyst located at our head office in Torquay. The position is a 12 month fixed term contract. The role will lead departments through the planning, design and implementation of application and reporting requirements to ensure they can achieve their required outcomes. The role will act as the consultant for queries pertaining to the application solution domain and will be required to build and maintain a strong functional knowledge of the current and future versions of the solution platform.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse, assess, interpret and deliver Rip Curl  set up and configuration activities of core applications to meet the required outcomes across the group
• Deliver our processes against the standard application functionality
• Develop technical and release documentation to support delivery of the setup and configuration activities
• Configuration and customisation of the core business applications to achieve key requirements
• Design workshops and deliver effective functional design documents that will drive the development process
• Conduct acceptance testing and provide support to systems testing to facilitate the stability, useability and conformance of the solution with agreed functional specifications
• Training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the application software
• Executing Fit-Gap analysis
