Summary: Be responsible for all of GoPro’s digital acquisition and retention strategy. This leader will bring critical and creative thinking to advance GoPro’s multi-million dollar e-commerce and subscription business to the next level.


  • Build a distinctive, authentic and experiential GoPro digital business for consumers, influencers, and partners
  • Play a key role in scaling adoption of the current product and also building the GoPro’s Plus platform beyond, with the introduction of additional subscription offerings
  • Grow online commercial results with respect to top and bottom lines, ensuring e-commerce is a strong driver of the overall company revenue projections
  • Oversee all e-commerce and Subscription Products P&L
  • Develop comprehensive digital web strategy to expand customer acquisition channels by maximizing traffic, conversion, and retention
  • Contribute analytical rigor, with managing CAC, pricing scenarios, A/B testing, etc
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing in the design and development of E-Commerce and Marketing programs
  • Evaluate data and feedback from customer insights team to further iterate and evolve our subscription and digital product offerings
