Summary: This individual will play an instrumental role by delivering a great user experience on that maximizes revenue potential. You will be successful in this role if you are an analytical and creative individual whose focus is on website conversion. This is a cross functional role where you will partner with website operations, digital marketing, brand marketing, buying and planning, as well as graphic design and digital copywriters to curate product, category and special feature assortments as well as launching and merchandising these on the site. 


  • Implement effective web merchandising strategies, including product categorization, promotions, on-site search results, product page optimization, and cross-sell/up-sell strategies.
  • Ensure consumer experience is seamless throughout the funnel by consistently performing a series of checks of product pages, category pages, cross-sells, search keywords, navigational elements, consumer feedback, and more.
  • Own the cross-channel content calendar and related process
  • Maximize online sales performance (i.e., conversion rate, average order value, units per transaction), with focus on making continuous improvements in consumer experience ratings, cross-sell strategies, sell-thru, and promotion execution.
  • Develop new site shopping experiences with consumer new product discovery, incremental revenue and unit purchasing, and vendor marketing support as key metrics for success.
  • Set up custom reporting, funnels, and analyze Google Analytics data to drive insightful learning and testing opportunities to improve conversion rates and revenue as needed.
