Summary: As a Social Media & Content Coordinator, you exist to help drive awareness of our brand through social media channels, grow our community around the globe and create a hyper-engaged social/digital community of Stance fans — turning them into fanatics.

Social Strategy, Brand Voice & Storytelling

  • Support development of a comprehensive Social Strategy that leverages key social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Tik Tok, Pinterest) to achieve our marketing strategies, drive brand awareness and engagement and help generate sales; leverage testing and metrics to refine and optimize plans.
  • Schedule and execute all daily published content (stills, video, copy, Stories, Reels, audio/podcast, etc.) across all social platforms
  • Create content that is on-brand, purpose-driven, diverse and effectively reaches and engages our target audience; ensure consistency with our brand guidelines and additional marketing initiatives and campaigns and execute consistent brand voice and tone based on brand guidelines

Community Engagement & Growth

  • Help grow our various social platforms in a meaningful way, with a focus on quality engagement
  • Partner with our Community Team to create compelling content with Brand Collaborators, Punks & Poets, Influencers and fans that attracts more people to experience our brand
  • Manage the social conversation (via comments) daily; ensure that we respond in a timely manner to every Stance fan; partner with our KPS team to ensure they have what they need to respond to customer service-based comments/questions

Insights & Analytics

  • Support development of monthly and quarterly reports to provide insights gained from community interaction to help inform brand relevance and areas of success/opportunity within our marketing strategy and tactics as well any product-specific learnings.
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, culture and applications and apply that knowledge to increasing engagement and best practices on our social media channels
