Summary: The Social Media Manager will create and activate Red Bull’s events, athletes, artists, opinion leaders, campaigns, and communications across social media. You’ll sit in the Programming team and be responsible for maximizing engagement, impact, and relevance of Red Bull properties across our managed network of channels. You will work with wider marketing specialists to come up with brilliant and innovative ideas, which go beyond standard social media executions, with the ambition to achieve firsts in social marketing and solidify Red Bull as a market leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Create content for our social channels to create native engagement, push to other parts of our media network, and support marketing initiatives
  • Help develop and execute new social media formats and content ideas
  • Refresh and repackage existing content to publish across our platforms
  • Work with in-house teams and agencies to bring your ideas to life
  • Work with the Programming team to program “always-on” content across our managed platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok
  • Help the wider Programming team increase performance by optimizing our approach to social posting
  • Track and report on performance, and continually optimize strategy and delivery
  • Develop testing strategies to support new insights, recommendations, and optimizations
