Role: Sr. Web Developer

Summary: Reporting to the Web Developer Manager, you will use your extensive knowledge of AEM, Java, HTL and javascript to improve the e-commerce platform and microsites. You’ll work in a fun and fast-moving environment with a variety of stakeholders to deliver a premium online web experience.  Success in this role is creating an environment that increases online sales, drives brand affinity, and provokes repeat visits.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor other developers and be involved in code reviews
• Work with the online team to implement marketing concepts and campaigns
• Convert approved designs into working responsive components and campaigns
• Collaborate with Design, Marketing and other engineers to conceptualize new features
• Help triage bugs, browser / device testing, increase performance and implementing A/B testing
