Summary: As a Designer at REEF, you will be responsible for partnering with the Art Director(s) and Sr. Art Director as well as other core departments to deliver exceptional work. To be successful, you must be able to prioritize and multitask. You must also thrive in a fast-paced work environment that thrives on collaboration and no egos.

Responsibilities:

• Support our Art Director in executing monthly product campaigns with comprehensive design decks and assets for all channels, including email, paid social, organic, reef.com
• Responsible for our seasonal catalog design/layout, and seasonal style guide
• Responsible for sales collateral, packaging, and POP
• Concept and execute activations for organic social
• Create design templates for our seasonal global sales meetings including direction for our virtual sales videos
• Design support for our ecommerce team on digital initiatives and emails as needed
• Develop strong partnerships with the Creative Services Team for successful and on time delivery of work.
• Execute all projects through the brand guidelines lens to support consistency across all channels
