Role: Surf Instructor

Responsibility: The successful candidates will work alongside the Surf School Manager to deliver Surf School programs that focus on building and improving guests’ surfing abilities, for first-timers through to advanced/expert surfers. The full time and permanent part-time Surf Instructor roles will have probationary periods of 6 months.

You’re a self-starter who possesses a high degree of energy, determination, resilience and emotional intelligence.  You will also demonstrate the ability to maintain working relationships with co-workers and all guests visiting URBNSURF Melbourne.
