Summary: 

We are on the hunt for an experienced surfboard laminator to work in our factory in Tweed Heads, Australia. We are a fast paced factory building very high quality surfboards for a number of well known surfboard labels. We are looking for someone with prior glassing experience, ideally from a reputable factory. 

Some experience glassing boards and a willingness to refine those skills even more. A solid understanding of surfboard building process and ability to fix mistakes if and when they happen.
