Summary: Provide leadership, direction, and resource stewardship to the organization’s global sales function. As the organization’s senior-most sales leader, the SVP Sales – Global is accountable for the overall sales organization’s performance, the profitable achievement of sales organization goals, and for aligning sales objectives with firm business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the development and execution of the global sales strategy.
- Provide leadership to the sales organization’s management team, with a strong focus on fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, and high-performance.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to develop Go-To-Market strategies that ensure sell through success and overall sales performance.
- Set and meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting including compiling information and data related to customer and prospect interactions, market and competitor activity, and timely feedback to leadership team.
- Work with Finance to establish competitive global pricing through analysis and price elasticity to drive sales and profitability.
