Role: Talent Strategist

Summary: As a part of our People & Culture Team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with our team and business leaders to design and prototype strategies focused on employee experiences that reflect our vision, values, and commitments. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, prototyping, and implementation of scalable strategies that support and advance our employee experiences in areas such as compensation, employee development, employee insights, strategy deployment, and general organizational/talent health.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and internal teams to identify opportunities and design unique and applicable short and long-term strategies.
• Develop content and resources that support adoption and implementation.
• Utilize analytics to assess opportunities as well as adoption and success rates.
