
Trade Marketing Manager
Role: Trade Marketing Manager

Location: Vancouver, Canada (but remote option)
Summary: This position will focus on improving the connection between our internal stakeholders to ensure that not only are we operating efficiently, but that we are using the right metrics and methods to track and guide our success. With a heavy focus on B2B, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify core needs of our retail partners and translate them into actionable strategies and resources that bring the brand vision to life throughout the retail marketplace and trade events.
Responsibilities:
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
• Manage, develop and execute engagement strategies to influence strategic retail growth
• Manage trade show/event strategy, design, execution, and logistics. Focus on developing
new, unique, and engaging industry and consumer events
• Concept, facilitate installation, and track BN3TH shop in shops throughout North America to
maintain premier brand presence across key markets
• Develop and manage retail visual merchandising standards
• Coordinate seasonal sales asset distribution – Catalogs, Product Knowledge Info, Product
Stories, POP info, Competitive Landscapes, and all other sales support tools
• Work closely with Director of Marketing and partner with Director of Sales to establish and
manage retail marketing budgets (events/activations, installations, retail POP)
