Summary: Reporting to our EVP Corporate Operations, the VP, Finance will lead our dynamic team of Finance professionals while partnering with senior leaders to grow the business. The VP, Finance will develop and implement the Company’s financial strategy and report on the Company’s financial Objectives and Key Results.

Responsibilities:

• Direct all aspects of accounting operations, receivables, payables, and financial reporting.
• Developing and maintaining all necessary accounting policies and systems and ensure that records are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
• Coordinating, preparing, and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and related MD&A.
• Developing a system of internal controls over financial reporting.
• Managing the relationship with the external auditor.
• Identify and report on key performance indicators to assist senior management and the Board in the ongoing management of the company.
• Analyzing the Company’s financial results and managing financial performance to budget.
• Coordinating and/or preparing tax schedules, returns, and information.
