Summary: The position will oversee the global sales operations activities with teams in Hong Kong, San Mateo and Amsterdam. The Vice President of Sales Operations will track and manage channel inventory, compile, analyze and maintain channel inventory sell thru data, partner with the product team to develop forecasts for new products and facilitate inventory management and sales strategies to help the sales organization achieve their quarterly revenue goals. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Sales Operations department to support the achievement of sales targets through the administration and operation of GoPro’s sales forecast, planning and delivery processes
  • Engage with VP of Sales to ensure we are providing world class operational support to our account managers and our customers. Deliver accurate, fresh, complete and meaningful metrics to decision making.
  • Support and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of Sales Operations with the overall business strategy.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership team in understanding sell-in, weekly sell thru, WOS and end of life strategies to facilitate better decision making and reporting.
  • Drive organizational process to ensure timely data delivery, increase analytics and streamline S&OP preparation. Lead monthly S&OP, demand/supply review meetings.
  • Partner with business analytics team to understand historical trends as well as current sell thru trends, using the data to understand the health of the business by region
