VP of Sales

Role: VP of Sales

Summary: The role will work closely with the President of Europe and Group GM of Sales to set sales budgets and business objectives and then implement and lead the sales team to achieve sales budgets and profitability targets by product category and geographical territory.

Responsibilities:

Day to day, you will ensure company procedures and conditions are applied, collaborate with supply chain to optimise delivery of order books and provide regular feedback to product team. The role will also co-ordinate trade marketing operations for our wholesale accounts.

You will also coach and manage Country Managers, being pro-active in your approach to training on Rip Curl Tech Products and Sales training ensuring current, existing and potential customers have the best experience and service with their Rip Curl Partners.
