Role: VP, Talent & People

Summary: The VP, People & Talent will report into the Managing Director and will contribute through the design, delivery and program management for all People & Talent programs at Herschel Supply around the globe.   This role is both hands on and strategic and operating as a true generalist providing expertise in all areas of people & talent management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies that drive the organization’s long-term strategic growth
• Partner with senior leaders to identify and address current and future talent and training needs by assessing current workforce capabilities against the needs of the future
• Support the business by developing and defining the employee experience in key employee segments around the globe
• Continue to evolve and improve talent assessment tools including performance management, career development, reward, and training development to increase retention of top talent
• Leverage systems and current technology to optimize program delivery and streamline administration
• Work with our external third-party HR vendors on benefits and payroll administration, in relation to our international entities
• Support with the development of strategic initiatives in the area of performance management, talent acquisition, compensation and total rewards.
