  • Liaise with art departments to brief them with specific Asset/Image requests

Summary: As a Digital Designer at Skullcandy, you will be a key driver of success within our global ecommerce and direct-to-consumer team. Your primary goal is to blend creativity with functionality, ensuring designs are visually appealing, on brand, and optimized for performance across digital touchpoints, including websites, retail marketplaces, online advertising platforms, and Skullcandy applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, visually engaging digital assets (banners, landing pages, product images, promotional materials) that align with Skullcandy’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create designs that are optimized for performance across ecommerce platforms, retail marketplaces, online ads, and Skullcandy’s applications.
  • Focus on delivering assets that enhance consumer engagement, streamline the consumer journey, and drive conversions on digital touchpoints.
  • Ensure that designs align with the overarching digital strategy set by the Director of Global Ecommerce Digital Experience and create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Work closely with the UX/UI teams to ensure design elements are user-centered, responsive, and enhance the digital shopping experience.
  • Drive design improvements across key ecommerce platforms (Skullcandy’s website, Amazon, Bestbuy.com, etc) and digital touchpoints, ensuring that consumer interactions are seamless, engaging, and optimized for conversion.
