As we streamline operational processes you will provide stability and consistency in operations, leading a team and liaising with management to improve on KPI’s and ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction. Your main focus will be to manage the day to day team operation of all facets of the warehouse to ensure an efficient, quality process that is sustainable with cost effective outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the running of an efficient warehouse operation which is able to fulfil customer requirements and demand in a timely professional manner.
• Manage workflow through Carton Cloud, Cin 7 and Starshipit software
• Ensure staff under their control are adequately trained to perform their duties.
• Foster a positive team culture
• Lead health and safety initiatives and manage safety at the operational level
• Support the companies Work Safe practices
• Provide regular reporting to management to ensure KPI’s and other performance reporting is met for Quality Management purposes
• Regularly liaise with transport companies suppliers and customers to ensure adequate and accurate planning of deliveries, proactive problem solving and dynamic management (to meet current and future demands)
