Summary: We are looking for an experienced and merchant led Womenswear Designer to join the RVCA team to concept, design and develop regional products that execute key market trends.  You will work collaboratively with the RVCA global team on the seasonal design direction and be responsible for all regional products. This is inclusive of seasonal inline, speed to market and special make up products as required.

A key part of this role will be the early identification of regional market trends and opportunities. You’ll undertake market research, trend analysis and competitor analysis to develop product concepts. You will be responsible for designs from concept to production stage, delivering ranges within aesthetic guidelines to calendar deadlines. You will present your styles for adoption and play a key role in the seasonal range release to support sell-through. You’ll work across all categories for RVCA Womens, including swim and RVCA Sport.
