In the current world of Triple S’, Virgil anything and Posty Crocs, it’s been hard to find a sneaker silhouette outside of the classics (Stans, Greats, Chucks, etc) that is wearable for longer than a stint at NYFW.
Clae have stepped to up the plate with their latest release, an entirely new silhouette that goes by the name of Edwin. Edwin takes the retro runner vibe to another level with looks and materials that provide both contemporary and performance-like qualities to a new supportive option for your everyday.
Given that Clae historically put out comfortable, durable footwear I’d be happy to take a gamble on these without trying them on. Take the grey to be safe, grab the olive for a bit of fun. Black if you’re at school, I guess. Running at $160, they ain’t cheap, but they’re a lot cheaper than current options in similar styles.
