Roark Said: The road to Roark’s heart passes through Scotland. It wasn’t the famed rock formations of Skye, glorious North Sea reefs or slopes of Glencoe that moved our wayward souls. Nor did the history, color, ale and music sway our compass cometh Fall. It was the Highway Whiskey Trail the summoned us as the artery to each of Scotland’s precious organs.

Our Thoughts: Roark is impressive, I’m digging them the last couple of years. Took a minute to fully get on my radar (thanks LJ), but their approach with the travel aspect and ‘chasing Roark’ is neat. The range – i think this is fall? which is wildly early – is solid. A lot of pieces you’d pony up for, well worth a look through if you’re chasing some new threads that not everyone is going to be rolling in.
