Role: Product Manager – Licensed Watches

Summary: The PM – Licensed Watches is responsible for the design, development and production of market leading watches to drive global revenue growth and profitability aligned with strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and present seasonal direction; develop briefs and inspiration boards; plan and execute balanced and profitable assortments leveraging relevant sales data and market comparisons to achieve category growth expectations.
• Establish and maintain the feedback process for collecting input from all stakeholders including the licensing Brand Management Team, Sales and Marketing Teams, DP, VP Product, external and internal product teams.
• Follow schedules for design and development based on master plan schedule set by DP.
• Communicate with the vendor development teams to effectively monitor product development to assure timely delivery of prototypes, photo samples, sales samples and production.
• Effectively lead vendor development teams to deliver quality products, on time at out target price.
• Manage internal and external design resources to effectively bring products to life.
• Ensure achievement of margin targets through initiating, negotiating and confirming final pricing with all vendors.
• Create development and production cost break down sheets to forecast costs of new tooling or technology required to bring products to market.
