Role: Purchaser – Wetsuits

Summary: We are searching for a Purchasing Administrator- Wetsuits. This role will have responsibility for purchasing our Wetsuits and Surfboard categories.
Your day to day responsibilities include;

• Place sample and bulk production orders with Rip Curl suppliers for all styles whether global or regional under the global division. This includes raising purchase orders, tracking production and ensuring the on time hand over from supplier. You will work closely with the Product Developer on any style issues that may cause delays to shipment.
• Review daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal reporting for supplier production tracking and communicate production updates to the global product teams
• Daily communication with domestic and international suppliers ensuring clear writing communication is maintained
• Completing stock shortages report for the Australian warehouse and follow up to ensure minimal impact to the Australian business
• Supporting Finance to ensure the on time and accurate payment of supplier invoices for all production
